A highlight of this three night package is a full day of unforgettable South Island heli-skiing. The experience kicks off with your private guide, selecting your preferred area for skiing before you are whisked to the slopes by helicopter, within minutes. The real fun starts here, a full morning of skiing untouched snow. Time out for lunch - enjoyed way up in the alps or another favourite location - then continuing the journey with more excitement and pure snow heaven! Returning to Matakauri Lodge later in the day, enjoying a relaxing massage in our spa, ensuring a blissful wind down. Then its drinks by the fire and a gorgeous dinner, in a picture perfect setting gazing at the Remarkables and overlooking Lake Wakatipu, reflecting on an amazing day!
